DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING INFORMATION

SendCare.com ships care packages within the United States, to military APO and FPO addresses, and to more than 30 countries worldwide.

Orders placed by 6pm Pacific Time normally ship within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Large corporate and special orders may take longer to ship.

For domestic US addresses, a delayed shipping option is available, allowing you to place your order now and have it shipped to arrive around the future date requested. Orders held for delayed shipping normally ship 3-4 days before the requested arrival date.

For domestic United States addresses and U.S. military addresses, standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail is FREE. In most cases, domestic U.S. orders are delivered within 2-4 business days after shipping. On average, military APO and FPO addresses are delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the physical location of the recipient and speed of the US Military Postal System.

For rush orders, expedited shipping options are available and may be selected during checkout.

U.S. MILITARY SHIPPING INFORMATION

SendCare.com ships military care packages to United States service personnel worldwide, including overseas APO/FPO military addresses.

APO/FPO ADDRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

During checkout, please enter the APO or FPO designation in the city field under Shipping Information. The state field includes a drop down box with designations which apply to the next line of the address (i.e., AE, AP or AA). The following are the designations which apply to each:

AE = Armed Forces - Europe
AP = Armed Forces - Pacific
AA = Armed Forces - USA/Canada

Please note: U.S. Military APO and FPO addresses are considered United States addresses, regardless of the recipient's physical location. Therefore, 'United States' should be selected as the country for APO and FPO shipping addresses.

To further assist you, the above information is included on the bottom of the shipping address page.

For United States addresses (including military APO and FPO addresses), standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail is FREE. Orders to domestic U.S. addresses (on United States soil), have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days. For military APO and FPO addresses, see general shipping notes regarding delivery times.

For rush orders to domestic United States addresses, expedited shipping options are available and may be selected during checkout. IMPORTANT: Expedited options are not available for military APO and FPO addresses. For military APO/FPO addresses, please select the free USPS Priority Mail option during checkout.

GENERAL SHIPPING NOTES

Please note: Although delivery estimates have been extremely reliable to date, we cannot guarantee the performance of the US Postal Service or other carriers. During the holidays, you may want to place your order a day earlier than usual, to ensure timely delivery. If you require your package to arrive on a specific date (excluding holidays and Sundays), please select an expedited shipping option during checkout.

IMPORTANT: When placing your order, it is imperative that you provide a correct and complete shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender. In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable, the package will be immediately forwarded to the billing address on file for the sender. An additional charge will apply if the package must be re-shipped to the recipient with corrected address information.

In the event that a forward is impossible, packages returned as undeliverable will not be reused and a refund will not be issued, except in instances where the return is due to an error on our part. Edible products in packages returned due to an error on the sender's part will be donated to charity.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive confirmation via email immediately after your order has been placed and again when your order ships. The latter confirmation will include a delivery confirmation tracking number (for orders shipping within the United States), along with a web address that you can visit to track your care package.

During checkout, signature confirmation can be requested for an additional fee of $2.50 per package. With this service, the person receiving delivery of the package will be required to sign for it and the name of that person will be provided on the US Postal Service website.

Please note: Final delivery of mail to military APO and FPO addresses is handled by the US Military Postal System, with an average delivery time of 2-4 weeks, depending upon the actual physical location of the recipient. Delivery and signature confirmation services and expedited services such as UPS and USPS Express Mail are not available for military packages.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with any of the products included in your care package, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we may resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem immediately, whether that entails refund or replacement.

In order for a refund or replacement to occur, the entire care package, including all contents, must be returned. We will then troubleshoot the problem and resolve it accordingly. Returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis; any refunds issued will be credited in the manner in which payment for the original order was received, or in the form of a store credit, depending upon the circumstances.

In cases where a package is returned as undeliverable, that package will be immediately forwarded to the billing address on file for the sender. The sender can then choose to forward the package to the recipient or otherwise allocate the package contents. This policy includes packages returned for any reason, aside from error on the part of SendCare.com staff.

For example, if a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the sender, failure of the recipient to pick up their mail, or a determination by the US Postal Service, other carrier, or receiving mail facility that a package is undeliverable, that package will be forwarded to the sender per the above policy immediately upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued for packages deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or outdated information provided by the sender, or due to the failure of the recipient to claim their mail.

If you have concerns related to the delivery of your package, please contact us and we will troubleshoot the situation and work to achieve an immediate resolution. Again, we cannot be responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender.
